30 min personal Training
Short on time but still want real results? These focused 30 minute sessions are designed to be efficient, challenging and effective.
You'll be guided through a structured workout that blends strength and cardio, helping you build muscle, improve endurance, and increase overall fitness-without spending hours in the gym.
Every workout is adjusted to your level, so whether you're just starting or getting back into a routine, you'll feel confident and supported.

Everything is better with a little support-and a little accountability.
Grab a friend with similar goals and train together in a fun, encouraging environment. I'll guide both of you through a customized workout designed to challenge you at your individual levels while still working side by side.
You'll push eachother, stay motivated and celebrate progress together-all while getting the coaching and structure you need to see real results.
As an added bonus, training with a friend comes with a slightly discounted rate per person making it a great way to stay consistent without breaking the bank.
60 min Personal Training
This is where real transformation happens.
In these 60 minute sessions, we go beyond just a workout. You'll get a personalized training experience that includes strength work, conditioning and skill development-whether that's learning proper lifting technique, working toward your first pull-up, or building overall confidence in your abilities.
What you can expect from me
Hi, Im Liv (pronounced "Leave") and I'm the owner of Liv's Garage Personal Training.
Fitness has been a part of my life for over 15 years. From training in traditional gyms to competing in CrossFit and more recently, Olympic weightlifting at the state and National level. I've experienced firsthand what it means to push your limits, set goals, and grow stronger-physically and mentally.
For the past 13+ years, I've had the privilege of coaching people of all ages and fitness levels. My background includes CrossFit coaching, personal training, Hiit and Bootcamp classes, Olympic lifting and working with kids, teens, adults and seniors individually and in the class setting. I have also managed a CrossFit Gym for 5 years, giving me a deep understanding of both coaching and building a supportive fitness community.
But what I love most isn't competition- it's people.
There's nothing better than watching someone accomplish something they once thought was impossible. Whether it's getting their first pull-up, running their first mile, or learning a new lift, those moments of hard earned success are what drive me as a coach.
At Liv's Garage, you won't find a fancy gym-but you will find everything you need to get stronger, healthier and more confident. This is a space where women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome, supported and pushed to become their best.

About 10 years ago, when my four kids were still young, I started building my garage gym out of necessity. Getting to a traditional gym wasn't always realistic, but I was committed to staying consistent and continuing to grow in my fitness.
Over the years I've trained through many different seasons and fitness levels, constantly learning new skills, techniques, and movements along the way.
What started as a simple solution quickly became something more-my garage turned into a space where friends and neighbors would come together to train, be encouraged and push eachother.
Now, I'm excited to open that same space to others who are looking for guidance, support, and an extra push in their fitness journey.
